I'm currently a Third Officer with 2 contracts completed at a smaller company. Looking to move to either Anglo-Eastern or BSM. Both have offices in Mumbai and seem to hire a lot of Indian officers.

Key questions:
1. Which has better salary for Chief Officer rank?
2. Which promotes faster?
3. Training quality - AETC vs BSM training centers?
4. Contract duration - who gives shorter contracts?
5. Vessel quality - any major differences?
