How to raise a grievance

Email grievance@shiptionary.com with the following details:

Our process

  1. Acknowledgement within 2 business days.
  2. Review of the reported content by our moderation team.
  3. Action taken if the content breaches our community standards (edit, hide, remove, or escalate).
  4. Resolution update sent to you within 10 business days.

What we do not do

We do not adjudicate factual disputes between reviewers and the companies/ships being reviewed. Reviews represent personal experience and are not independently verified by Shiptionary. If a review is genuinely defamatory or contains personally identifying information, see our Takedown Policy.
