ME-C engine common problems and troubleshooting guide

After 18 years as an engineer with significant time on MAN B&W ME-C engines, I want to share common issues and solutions:

**1. Fuel Injection System:**
- FIVA valve sticking: Clean with ultrasonic, check hydraulic oil quality
- Fuel pump plunger wear: Monitor fuel index deviation
- Injection timing drift: Recalibrate using MOP

**2. Hydraulic Power Supply (HPS):**

**3. Exhaust Valve:**
