Excessive surging during monsoon season causing severe mooring lines breakage at berth 6. Squall conditions at night at the Anchorage. Mooring crew not available to replace broken mooring lines, need ship staff to do it. Emergency tug support not provided by port. Charterers to inform agents and agents to inform port. Recommend to have tug continuously pushing the vessel at berth when surging increases due to swell conditions.
