Cant get out as for crew no shore leave. Crew change can happen but prior intimation is required if your vessel is in the port arrival chart . So then the agent will apply for permit which will take 5 days and valid for 72 hours.

In Progreso we cant get out as no shore leave. Crew change has to be preplanned . The Agent will allow only if your vessel is in their port arrival list.

Crew shoreleave is not allowed. Crew change has to be preplanned as we have to get a permit to get down 5 days ago if there is a prior listing of your vessel in port website, then only they will start the process. So have to stay onboard.
